No. They're this little round candy I never could stand. When somebody would give me a box of them for halloween I would demand an apology!

Real Boston baked beans are great with hot dogs.

thanks for the reminder, payday was good and simple, just nuts and nougat holding it all together

Was I crazy for liking circus peanuts? They were kind of light and foamy.

Circus peanuts? So that's what those things were called. I thought everybody hated those things. They had this weird nasty chemical aftertaste that lingered. They certainly didn't taste anything like peanuts. You couldn't even trade those away because nobody wanted them.

It was traditional to sneak back out late at night after Halloween with my brothers and a few of our friends. We would roam through the neighborhood smashing pumpkins and return those crappy "candies" to the houses where they gave us that gross garbage. And egg their houses.

We wuz OG gangsta.

I remember we would have snack time right before bedtime. My parents would feed my 3 brothers and I Pepsi and cookies. I guess it was their take on the classic milk and cookies cuisine.

I don't know why they thought it was a good idea pump our bloodstreams full of caffeine and sugar right before bedtime.
