Many of the deaths attributed to both Mao & Stalin died as a result of famine. It may have been as a direct result of their failed policy's but in a law court it would not even constitute murder.

There's a huge difference between war dead and murder of civilians.

I have no pride in Vietnam, it was useless and a stupid war. I do hold those who served in high regard.
