Better than in my politics, I have saving babies in my everyday faith with a generous monthly donation to on organization that does just that, and at the end of my life, my estate will go to this organization. I save babies. Period.

My politics as well as everything else in my life stems from my own unique spirituality, and has absolutely nothing to do with any organized religious or political platform. To put it bluntly, just as with all other creatures in the known universe, our sexuality is for making babies, period. The pleasure principle is simply to get us to keep doing it. It wasn't nature's or any god's desire for us simply use it to get high. And that's how many people have become, almost systematically and institutionally. People who selfishly engage in it only for the rush and don't want to nurture and cherish the results for what it is, and basically just kill it throw it in the garbage have an utterly despicable spiritual disconnection. Pretty much all the "great" empires of the past began to crumble when people began to become spiritually disconnected like this.

I had an uncle who passed away in '23...who used to say that he basically agreed with the religious right wing on most everything moralistically...EXCEPT the religious part! The same is basically true of me too, but I am not the pure atheist that he was. I do have a spiritual awareness which is all my own, and kind of loosely resembles religions such as Native American shamanism, Hinduism, Shintoism and Buddhism. I do not need any organized religion to tell me that a society with an increasing number of people who would advocate drive-thru abortion clinics is truly in a state of decay. It is simply the original spirit in me which tells me so, and history pretty much proves it with or without faith.
