You open a store in the ghetto - you take your chances

Not much to say here, the video says it all. Lack of fathers, lack of God, lack of decency leads to this. Close down the stores and the "leaders" cry racism. But that's what needs to happen, there have to be consequences.

----/ Back in the 80s, I was a sales rep for a food company. Part of my territory was the NYC badlands: the Bronx, Bed-Stuy, Brownsville, and Red Hook. The grocery stores all had armed guards at the front door, and the manager and assistant manager all were packing. I was the only white guy in the store. I wrote a ton of business because my competition was too afraid to call on them. I was always above my sales quota.
The managers all advised me to be out of town by noon, because that's when the bad guys woke up and started robbing and raping everyone. I never had a problem.

This is why retail businesses don’t want to open up in Urban areas. This is why retail businesses are closing in urban areas.

Remember these videos next time you see some liberal trying to white guilt the business community for not locating or investing in cities.
Why would any business open a store in these areas? And don't tell me that this is an isolated incident. Just ONCE, I'd like one of the politicians to call out these animals and shame them. Once. Is that asking too much?

I ran a VERY successful and highly profitable business in The Ghetto for years ...

Where do black people get their food? I never see them in the supermarkets.

I wonder how many of them are proficient in math, reading, and science at their grade level. Doesn’t matter where in the country this is happening. When there is news about a mob, you can be 100% sure it’s them again. Of course we are not allowed to openly discuss this.

We've had a black crime problem in my city for decades. However, the libs in charge here sweep it under the rug.

The latest incident is a 24 y/o black man shot and killed a 61 y/o former woman co-worker who he believed got him fired from his job. Of course, now he won't have work anymore to feed, clothe, or house himself. Maybe that was his plan. Brilliant.

Back in the late 70's I worked in the Cypress Hills/Cityline area of Brooklyn covered by the 75th NYPD Precinct.
Indeed, we had problems but never as bad as it is today.

I do.

God bless you and them always!!!

I used to work at an A&P on the edge of our largest black community. We featured a lot of 'soul food' but I never saw blacks come into the store, yet we had to fill those displays often. I asked the store manager why I never saw a black customer. He said that they come in about an hour before closing time in the evening to do their shopping. Mystery solved.

Why are those certain foods labeled soul food in the first place? I understand it being labeled Italian food if it originated in Italy, and Chinese food if it originated from China, etc., but why are certain foods labeled soul food? To me, at the end of the day, food is food as long as it tastes good. If it's bad, then it's nothing more than crap.

God bless you always!!!

P.S. Sometimes before a place closes may be the only time that people can get to those places. Sometimes before the bank closes is the only time that I can go to one when I need to go to one due to my work schedules.

Soul food was a thing back then, still is in places.

I think the blacks shopped later so they were the majority and felt more comfortable that way. Makes sense.

There is more shoplifting/vandalism/larceny going on in the Lilly white suburbs.

The FBI Uniform Crime Report shows this annually.

There is a massive problem with crimes committed against families and children in the white community. So much for fathers being at home.

Yet these things are ignored by racists to use anecdotal examples, then make racist statements.

There are businesses in the "ghetto" that have been there for 40-50 years.
