Very very often many many suspects are taken into custody for questioning with no warrant. There is no warrant for DWI apprehensions. Because you own the store, laws are Not vacated and you can’t shield nor hide those that are sought

Actually, they usually do but, ICE has administrative warrants, not judicial warrants. ICE cannot enter a private residence using their administrative warrant. In this case, they did not enter the store but they could wait outside which hey did. It's really a non event and the clerk was just making a scene so it could be videoed.
