That is an obvious lie, since all the water belongs to Palestine, and it is Israel that is illegally stealing it.
As to who is the "attacker", it is obviously Israel who is the criminal culprit, going back to 1946 when Menachim Begin blew up the British peacekeepers in the King David Hotel, gunned down Folke Bernadotte the UN moderator, and started massacring hundreds of native villages like Deir Yassin.

The whole Jordan River belongs to Palestine, not Israel, and the Israel created by the UN is not even near the Jordan River.

Hamas has no control or influence over imports.

That is an obvious lie because the tunnels are purely defensive and due to the fact Israel has assassinated hundreds of legally elected Hamas representatives.
They cost nothing because Israel has forced the Palestinians to not be allowed to work.
