Once again IM2 shows his ignorance about the interplay between numbers and averages and how they work. There are more white students at Yale because there are more white applicants. There are enough white applicants so that they still end up with more white students on campus in spite of the winnowing application process.

This is not to say that the allegations are true, I don't know that they are. I say wait and see what happens. The point is, even if the allegations are true that Yale discriminates against white and Asian applicants, the number of white applicants will outnumber the applicants of other ethnicities to where Yale will still have a majority white campus.
