I now plenty of Asians who are not sellouts. But they don't seem to be members of this forum. Secondly, whites have consistently used Asians to deny the racism that exists in this country. So in this thread I am posting the opinion of an actual Asian.

Yea black folks have always worked hard as well and many of the things that we built were either taken or burned down. Black Wall Street, Wilmington, NC, just to name a few.

Even better question, how many nice white neighborhoods were destroyed by "Integration", which is often defined as the time between the first black family moving in and the last white family moving out.

When I was a young man, we had a neighborhood called Marquette Park.

The people there fiercely opposed integration. The media made it look like they were all a bunch of Nazis. (And it didn't help that some self-hating Jewish cosplayer showed up in a Nazi uniform)

Well, flash forward 25 years, and I'm visiting my Aunt in the hospital I was born at 38 years earlier. The first thing I noticed was a big old sign warning people not to pick up prostitutes. Boarded-up stores and houses have overrun laws that are unmowed.

Well, that's easy. If you default on a car or home loan, the lender can confiscate the property and resell it.

If you default on a business loan, they are stuck with a loss. They aren't going to come in and run a failed business.

My grandparents bought their first house in Englewood when it used to be German-American neighborhood in the 1930s. In the 1950's, it started changing, and Grandpa Ludwig found one of his neighbors in the kitchen at 2 AM. when the property finally sold in 1984, it was worth $26,000 in contemporary money.

But this has nothing to do with my point about the Asians. They don't go to a bank, and they don't have generational wealth. Instead, they pool their resources, work to make the business a success, pay off the initial investors, who then go on to start new businesses, and the cycle starts all over again.

Medium net worth of retired blacks is much less than whites. When they die, the families can't even rely on a social security check for an inheritance.
