If birth defects are discovered or the mother's life is in danger, then yes I am OK late term abortion.

I have not read the bill so I have no idea if it had exceptions. My guess is it has the mother's life is in danger exception, but not birth defects.

The legislature has no business deciding how a doctor is to perform an abortion, only the limits of when.

Challenge the law in court.
