I have not heard ANY public outcry or discussions about women being mistreated in the workplace.

I doubt he knows what he was talking about but if you were to ask he would ramble on for at least 15 minutes and manage to say nothing about it.

This is a democrat talking point, even though for a decade or over now we have had laws in the books regarding equal pay for women in the work place.

Obama was just trying to make stupid Americans think that there weren't any laws and he was going to change it--- It's only used in an attempt to capture the female vote in 2014. Obviously, if there are employers out there that are in violation of these laws they can be sued.
