The press lied about this right from the start. Baldwin did NOT accidentally shoot an actress. He pointed the gun at the CINEMATOGRAPHER, thumbed back the hammer and pulled the trigger!! It was obvious murder but baldwin is a huge trump-hater so the press is protecting him. GMA had a big story this morning about this and painted baldwin as a VICTIM!

feb 23 2025 Alec Baldwin feared for his family and fate going into the Rust trial.

The new TLC reality show The Baldwins captures the unsettling time for the actor and his wife, Hilaria, before the trial began in July 2024. The involuntary manslaughter case, stemming from the accidental shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, was dismissed with prejudice midtrial, but the couple didn’t know that when they were filming.

ā€œThis past year was so hard,ā€ Alec, 66, said in a candid moment in the series, which premieres on Feb. 23. ā€œI’m worried.ā€

He said he was ā€œhappier when I'm asleep than when I'm awake,ā€ but Hilaria, 41, and the couple’s seven young children helped carry him through the situation.

America has the worst legal system in the world. Look at how baldwin has been coddled while trump, alex jones, rudy G, and the 1400 j6ers were persecuted!

Hmmm, funny how you didn't think that when you put a convicted felon in the WH or when he pardoned all of the insurrectionist from Jan 6.

I'm sure people will watch just for the drama. A lot of the footage was shot during the course of his trial for manslaughter that was thrown out because the state tried their level best to frame him for someone else's incompetence.
Sorry, his incompetence led to her death like it or not he pointed the gun at her. That’s what he did and now she’s dead. I don’t think he meant to do it, but he needed training and basic firearm handling, and he obviously didn’t have it and neither did anybody on the set of his movie that he had strong control of!

So why did he point the gun at the CINEMATOGRAPHER, thumb back the hammer , and pull the trigger. You are a moron if you think this was an accident.
.

I guess that some folks think that the aiming, cocking and pulling the trigger don't work unless you say some magic words while doing the other actions.

My big question is once all of the trial coverage is shown, exactly what else is there to keep the viewers interested in the show? I am guessing that certain lines will be walked in order to keep the show from being boring once the trial footage has been shown.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. Actually I have one more question. Considering the fact that the trial outcome is already public knowledge, how many people will actually tune in for the show's first episode?

If you understood the gun he was handling. I don’t actually think he pulled the trigger if you think Alec Baldwin purposely killed somebody on his set, you’re an idiot. A number of things went wrong, including his lack of understanding of basic gun safety! A firearm is inanimate object. But you gotta understand every type of them. You don’t have to pull a trigger for a gun to go off. Pull the hammer back on many older single action/double action pistols and let the hammer loose it will shoot. I think that’s what happened, ultimately because of lack of basic firearm training he caused this. Now, he would still be stupid if he actually did pull the trigger thinking there was blanks in there and he hadn’t checked it beforehand. Ultimately, he is responsible. He had the gun in his hand, but I don’t think at all Alec Baldwin wanted to kill somebody on his set. He relied stupidly on other people and a false belief in his expertise.

What does cocking and pulling the trigger on an empty gun do? Or a gun loaded with blanks? The question isn't whether he meant to aim and fire the gun as that dipshit StatesRightsForever would have us believe from his premise, but it's about whether he thought it was loaded with live rounds and meant to take life of another human being. There is absolutely no indication that was the intent.

I don't believe he intentionally murdered that woman. However his careless handling of the weapon coupled with the fact that live ammo (or any ammo at all) was on the set shows that he was culpable. In today's world of entertainment and special effects, there is no reason a gun needed to be there. He IS guilty of negligent homocide.

I have no problems with real firearms being on movie sets. They’ve been around for decades ask Clint Eastwood. You’re right I would’ve been fine if he had been found guilty of negligent homicide, but he wasn’t. That’s why I don’t give a shit about the silly outrage about some silly talkshow he got, if he was still relevant, he’d be making movies :-). I met Alec once a plane coming back from Thailand to the US, trust me I am not a fan of his and neither were the people trying to get him in his first class seat, drunk as shit.
