Sometimes justice is done without being served. Justice is to serve the people, but sometimes justice is served up for the people. Well, it's not as if it's practical to drag a dead corpse into a courtroom for prosecution. But the way I see it, whether he did it himself or whether it was done through the legal system, his life is over for what he did to her.
