Sorry but I do not choose to agree with CNN's legal and notice of standards just to read their puerile crap. Suffice to say that I don't need CNN, I've seen all of the video there is, and without a doubt,

1. Good hit the gas with her wheels pointed straight at ICE, her front tires spun on ice for a moment before catching traction, and the ICE agent probably both saw and heard that.
2. The agent had to jump back away from the SUV. Even at that, he was still clipped and almost knocked backwards, throwing his aim high, probably why Good was hit in the head instead of the chest.
3. Since cops still can't read minds, he had every reason to presume she was aiming to hit him (though she probably didn't actually intend, thought she'd clear him turning, or at worst, "push" him out of the way, and so fired in self-defense).

Case closed. ***** is dead. The ICE officer will be acquitted.

And the Left will be enraged that THEY did not get to decide his guilt, don't even know who he was, or where he is or if still on duty. Ha Ha.

I agree. Her girlfriend yelled for her to flee and she jumped on the gas as an impulse response while cutting the wheels to try to get around the car beside her. It was then she probably realized she wasn't going to clear the officer and the corner of her car hit and pushed the officer away as he jumped back trying to avoid being hit. I don't know how loose his pants were, so, her car went into his clothing and he probably got bruised to very sore the next day because they ended up taking him to the hospital to have his leg checked out.

I'd be going back to whoever trained me to provoke and confront armed federal officers and demand my money back.
