Reports indicated she had been running stop signs in attempts to flee, and where she could have done many things differently, reckless disregard of traffic laws do not sit well with law enforcement no matter what other conditions may be in play, and from the recording I was listening to on the radio, they were not going to let her remain in the vehicle.

Now, you may try to make all kinds of excuses, but for one second, how about you try to figure out why they might have had the firearms drawn and been correct in doing so. I mean just a thought, but I am suspicious of the idea you even desire an answer, however I could be incorrect about that.

Honestly, when listening to the recording, the most I can tell you is that she was absolutely hysterical and behind the steering wheel of her vehicle, and they sounded very determined in making sure that was no longer going to be a problem. Furthermore, I am certainly glad I didn't have to deal with that mess, and won't be running from the law and giving them a reason to shoot me anytime soon.

If for some crazy reason I feel that my Civil Rights have been violated, I'll eat a sandwich and drink a pint of milk in a jail cell, before bailing out and trying to win the lottery pursuing due process in Civil Court if necessary.

Now back to the topic: if they did not have lights or sirens, which none were evident in the video, why would the driver have thought these were police? Again, in the Southwest, cartels are a thing. They are a major threat in Mexico.

I was pulled over by a red S-10 pick-up truck in Provencal, and guess what, the police officer gave me a speeding ticket because I was speeding.

If I had been running from the law, and failing to obey any traffic laws, as well as absolutely hysterical when he finally got me to stop, then I guarantee you that I would not have been surprised if he was a tab bit upset and thought he might need to be careful around me while drawing his firearm and telling me to get out of the vehicle.

However, I live in the real world, and I am not quite sure where you live.

By the way, if you check a map, you will find that Minnesota is not in the Southwest, and if you are concerned about folks that may be connected to cartels in Minnesota, you might want to call some ICE Agents, because they are probably not supposed to be there.

No, they did not, and I would not advise you attempt to run from them because the state troopers aren't that far away, and I most certainly knew I was speeding (and the woman in Minnesota knew what she was doing too).

And don't speed in Provencal, because they'll take your license when writing you a speeding ticket for doing 75 mph in a 35 mph zone, and won't give it back until you come to pay the ticket while allowing you to drive using the ticket until you can scrape enough up to pay the ungodly amount of money you will owe.

I am saying she was following them because they were ICE (she even kept saying that she was "just an observer"), and ran from them when they tried to stop her and tell her not to, so how about you stop talking stupid shit about her not knowing who they were? When I passed a parking lot and saw the cop wearing a badge in a pick-up, that made it less of a quandary when he flashed his headlights because I was speeding.
