It takes a lot to offend me. I mean... a lot.

Some folks always have their nose in the air, sniffing for something to be offended about.

They are usually unhappy, crazy folks

I have the opposite effect because I normally wear contacts. I once had an emergency in the middle of the night and had to wear my glasses to respond to the emergency, everyone gave me a doubletake and at first wondered who the new guy was!

I knew a guy who was bald on the top of his head that when he wore a hat became a completely different person.

My wife made me get contacts when we were dating. When I took off my glasses, she thought I looked good enough to marry.

I first got contacts after I got my eye sliced open in a wrestling match. Nowadays I usually wear my glasses because it's just faster and easier to grab them in the morning on the way out the door to go to work.
