They are wrong. They confuse salvation for redemption. Everyone is redeemed. Everyone. Salvation is something else.1. Core Biblical Teaching: Salvation Through Jesus Christ
Most Christian traditions agree that salvation (going to heaven / eternal life) comes through Jesus Christ.
Key verses often cited:
- John 14:6 – Jesus says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
- Acts 4:12 – “Salvation is found in no one else…”
- John 3:16 – “Whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
From these passages, mainstream Christianity teaches:
- You must trust in Jesus Christ for salvation
- Not just good works alone
I grew up in the Episcopalian church. My greatest learning of morals, ehics and direction to live a good life and what good life is in the Christian church. They are wrong. They confuse salvation for redemption. Everyone is redeemed. Everyone. Salvation is something else.
I don't believe anyone knows the mind of God or the depth of his love, compassion and mercy. So I try not to limit what God would or could do. When Christ died on the cross he did that to redeem ALL of mankind. To be redeemed by Christ is an invitation to salvation. Salvation is not a one-time event. There are three possible states; we can moving towards God, away from God or static in our walk. And just because we are in one state, that doesn't mean we can't change states. I do believe that Jesus is the bridge between mankind and God. And that is true even for those who don't know Jesus or believe in Jesus. Because for me to believe otherwise would be to limit God and I'm not going to do that. The best advice I can give anyone is to love God with all your heart; not because of what he can do for you or to you but because of who he is. If my relationship with God is right, all of my relationships are right.I grew up in the Episcopalian church. I don't think any human knows for sure. I certainly don't believe you must take Jesus as your savior to make heaven. But I could be wrong.
I believe it is more important what you do than what you say. What you do is more important than SAYING I take Jesus as my savior. I see way too many people that "SAY&" but they don't DO.
But I could be wrong. But I could be correct also.
Well yeah! The Neo Nazi groups, Aryan nation, Skinheads etc that supported Trump against Hillary, Biden, and Kamala.Have you seen any antisemitism actions from Republicans or Conservatives? The real fascists have moved back to the Democrat Party from which they originated as the KKK.
