Something worth reading is 1 Samuel 8 where the Hebrew people demanded a king. Up till that time, there was no king, only judges set up to keep the peace. However, the people wanted to be like all the other nations, and demanded a king. God then warned them of the abuses they would suffer at the hand of a sinful man king, but they would not listen, so God then gave them Saul.

And that is the rub. The Swamp does not care about people cheating on their taxes. No, they just want to create as many laws and regulations as they can so that anyone that opposes them politically can be brought "to justice" by their intricate web of rules
