You are right. However, the person needs to admit they said something also. All of this is the cavalier way we speak and say things. Very few who have abused others verbally and even get into a physical confrontation will not admit to it and seem to lie low. that is the conundrum with many people receiving good wages, benefits and pensions. The damage from the past is done and helped to cause what we see today.

At the end of the day, it was just a word. An insult. I would much rather someone have the right to insult and speak poorly about me than to punish them from a courtroom. Almost none of this is true. Restrictions were in every state, not just blue states. Not unconstitutional. You can order troops to get vaccines. We have for a very long time. Not unconstitutional. Social media companies get to dictate what people can post. Not unconstitutional.
