Iran has posed a low grade threat for almost 50 years now. They help others threaten us as well, and are part of the group of Countries still helping Russia with Ukraine, something most lefties pretend to care about.

Plenty of justification. Their economy is in shambles, the people hate their government, and they refuse to cooperate with the rest of the world. They are at their weakest now. The only reason we didn't gun for them a few weeks ago is the forces weren't in the area.
