Philadelphia finished recounting and Hillary netted 5 votes

Day 5 of WI recount

43% of the votes recounted and (excluding Milwaukee due to lack of absentees) we have the following:
Trump gained 84
Clinton gained 63
Stein gained 10

Trump gained a net 21 votes


The university of Michigan professor who made a big deal about Midwest hacking and who initiated these calls for recounts likely ruined the rest of his career.

To me, we just witnessed voter fraud. Votes appearing from thin air.

The wingnut professor said he considered fraud a possibility because the votes did not match exit polling. Later he suggested the polling may have been the error.
