Democrats' choice wins key Wisconsin Supreme Court race

Wisconsin voters are deciding the outcome of the most expensive judicial race in U.S. history, in a heated contest that will likely determine the fate of abortion access.

"A Democratic-backed Milwaukee judge won the high stakes Wisconsin Supreme Court race Tuesday, ensuring liberals will take over majority control of the court for the first time in 15 years with the fate of the state’s abortion ban on the line. Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Janet Protasiewicz, 60, defeated former Justice Dan Kelly, who previously worked for Republicans and had support from the state’s leading anti-abortion groups.

The new court controlled 4-3 by liberals is expected to decide a pending lawsuit challenging the state’s 1849 law banning abortion enacted a year after statehood. In addition to abortion, Protasiewicz’s win is likely to impact the future of Republican-drawn legislative maps, voting rights and years of other GOP policies. Four of the past six presidential elections in Wisconsin have been decided by less than a percentage point and Trump turned to the courts in 2020 in his unsuccessful push to overturn his roughly 21,000-vote loss in the state."


This election has revealed just how weak and scared the Dems are of Trump's indictment and growing popularity among independent and some former democratic voters. Yes, the Dem candidate may have won by 10 points, but in a blue state like Wisconsin, she should have won by more. However, it was Trump's indictment plus voters hatred for Biden and his policies that lead to a Republican victory that was later stolen by the Dem candidate -- and as I said, yes they won by 10 pts, but they truly lost as well.

Because of how much more popular this indictment has made Trump; he is leading DeSantis by up to 70 pts in the polls and in a head to head match up with Biden, he is leading by 20 pts. If the other racist DA's decide to indict Trump again, he will be leading Biden by 50 pts. This is why I predict the charges in NY will be dropped and Soros will order the other prosecutors investigating Trump to end their investigations -- because they know they have no chance to defeat him if they continue down this road.

Abortion is why she won. Thanks Republicans. And now WI won't be Gerrymandered anymore either. MI broke up it's overly gerrymandered state too. That means more Democratic House of Rep members in the future. Us Democrats finally are getting representation that is appropriate. For example MI was so gerrymandered that we vote for Democratic presidents and Governors but our state house and senate WERE in Republican control? No more. That shits over.
