3. The IG report is limited in scope, Horowitz can only interview current employees and has no subpoena power
4. Trump did NOT delay the IG investigation
5. Comey broke the law and FBI rules, read Rosenstein's letter. Trump can fire anyone for anything. The FBI investigation continued via Mueller.
6. Sessions only needed to recuse for "criminal" investigations, not for a "counterintelligence" investigation.
