I have no way of knowing if Trump will veto, agree with congress that it is important to US to help keep Russia in check, having the communist country's take over world leadership will not be in our best interest .

I just looked it up so I could tell you, and it hasn't actually been voted on yet. It is being voted on Tuesday, as a bill that has 2/3 approval. The Senate passed their version 98-2, but the House has not actually voted yet. Good question, Care4All.

Russia is not an enemy country. Nor is it a hostile country. It has not done anything differently that we do. Including meddling in the elections of other countries. When obama actually went to England and threatend that if they passed Brexit they would no longer have favored nation status, it was FAR FAR worse that anything Trump is even alleged to have done.
