Not in the indictment. He wasn’t even indicted for lying to agents. You’re not being truthful.
So how was it a perjury trap then?
Stone lied to congress, then threatened a witness. All he had to do was 1) not say anything 2) not lie. He chose to lie, and broke the law. He had to lie because every Trumper lies, that is what they do. When faced with a decision Trumpers chose to lie, Trump does it at least 2x a day.
