As more states do like Oregon has, and decriminalize drugs, we will see more and more addicts, which is the root of homelessness.

Just as the loons try to change the rules with illegals, they'll try to change the definition of homelessness. Maybe something like, "they have a tent which is their home, so they aren't homeless".
