Trump won in 2024 with America First, no wars, and fiscal responsibility.

Two weeks in Trump is talking about an expensive "Iron Dome" system ("Reagan's "Star Wars" on steroids), buying Greenland, buying Gaza and sending US troops in to oust Hamas and "nation-build" a new Gaza, a 15-year commitment, at least.

Biden's 13 dead in AFG, will look tiny compared to the Stalingrad type battle US troops would face in Gaza. Hamas will be hard to remove, the IDF can't do it.

So lets say that Trump sends US troops to Gaza, what will US voters do in 2026 to send Trump a message?

It is hard to say if this will hurt Trump. If Trump moves forward with boots on the ground in Gaza, then yes; if he does nothing and is all talk, then no.

Trump is why the 13 died in AFG. He made the deal with the Taliban that freed the terrorists from prison. Republicans are already in trouble because of what Trump is doing now.

A huge US base there could go either way... good or very bad... They really need some rock solid support from other Muslim Nations and Israel to pull it off...
But I wouldn't put any of this past Trump... the man is unbelievable and he gets what he wants...

It depends on what they are doing. It strikes me as similar to what "we" tried to do in Iraq after we deposed Saddam H. If they are supporting a major reconstruction project, everyone should be happy.

The average IQ of males in Gaza is under 90. That's the real reason why they are so fucked up, and willing to believe Muslim terrorist bullshit. Trump can't change that.

I am wholeheartedly against sending US troops to the gaza strip

I prefer either side fighting till the other side's wiped out

Don't care who wins or loses
And I don't want any refugees

I fully supported President Trump even though I do not like his Pro Israel foreign policy.

It would be unfair to do so because - for some starnge reason >>>>>ALL<<<< the administrations have supported Israel since 1948 when Harry S Truman STOLE Palestine for Israel.

I believe that FDR was one of the worse Presidents in the nation's history.

But even a broken clock is right twice a day.

In 1938 FDR REFUSED to steal Palestine away from 1.5 million Palestinians because he reasoned that it would necessitate stationing US Troops PERMANENTLY in the ME.

He was 1000% correct.

The president of peace my ass.

Situations like this are a United Nations job not the United States. If our troops are sent there I will always support them.
Those in my age group know in the past the loss of our soldiers life being stationed on ''peace missions'' in the Middle East nations. Lebanon comes to mind in.

It is a stupid, pointless question.
Trump is only two weeks into his gig.
1/104th of the way.
He just announced a huge, staggering world shattering plan.
In the midst of accomplishing 500 other things.
Give the guy a fucking chance.
He already has accomplished more by 12:30PM on Jan. 20th than Joe got done in all of four years.
