There's been some teasing going on. I think this is the last rally before the RNC.

The President is scheduled to speak at 5:00 PM Eastern time.

I got a text from him while ago (actually his campaign of course) but in his name asking if I thought he should announce today. So yeah, he's teasing. But I honestly don't think he will announce until the convention next week.
