The judges, who ruled that supposedly national symbols are contained in a material carrier depicting this symbols, committed an obvious forgery.
If rights to tangible media owned meant the same thing as content, it would be impossible to formulate copyright law for intellectual property.
Or, for example, can someone publicly piss on the Holy Scripture, Koran or Torah?
Or another example. If someone bought a Christian cross with the image of a crucifix, and then publicly defecated on it, will he be prosecuted for insulting the religious feelings of believers?
Along with this forgery, there is every reason to suspect judges of having links with foreigners who are interested in humiliating the American nation through the humiliation of national symbols.
