He can and likely will hold Hunter in contempt if he refuses to testify or "can't remember". He will sit in jail until his memory improves.

Good. I wasn’t sure if he could do that, if so, I would put him on trial and force him to ask questions. If he can’t recall, then he sits in jail. I don’t care if he is in jail for contempt or tax evasion or gun charges. This needs to be investigated because the whole Burisma thing is a serious issue that needs to be addresssed.
