Will Don Lemon go to jail ?

Yes, his right does extend to being in the church. As long as he didn’t participate in any disruptive activity, he had as much right to be there as any member of the congregation.
You are trying to say that Lemon did not participate in any disruptive activity ?
Wow. If the left media speaks, you guys will believe anything.

Here's what Lemon told his fellow disrupters >> "You have to be willing to go into places and disrupt, and make people uncomfortable. That's what this country is about."

But I didn't label "entire" courts, juries, or regions. I labeled those which are biased toward leftist loons like Don Lemon and his fellow church intrusion idiots.
If/whenever they are that way, then there's a reason they get that labeling.
Because they DESERVE it.

Nice try though. E for Effort.
Your proof that they "are that way', is that they don't convict someone.

Your proof that they aren't is that they do convict.

Heads your right, tails I'm wrong.

Let me directly adress the premise of your OP. Just to show that unlike you I don't require an unfalsifiable argument.

The chances that the case against Lemon will be dismissed out of hand I estimate at 60 percent. Prosecutors will need to overcome some very steep first amendment hurdles to get to trail for starters.

The chance that he will get found not guilty if it goes to trial I estimate accoumts for a remaining 39 percent. I find it hard to believe that the government will be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, to a full jury that Lemon is guilty.

The chance that Lemon, a first time offender will actually go to jail over these particular charges are almost non-existent.

Notice that none of these predictions require me to make a circular argument or call anyone biased.

So here's the deal. I'm willing to leverage my understanding of the real world against yours, and offer to quit the board for the rest of the year, for you quitting for a week. If Lemon doesn't go to jail.

Rather than risk getting sick going through your long rant, I'll just address your first mischaracterizarion sentence.

I didn't say anybody "are that way", I said IF they are that way. Got it ?

He’s not going to jail. He and all the leftists would scream “waaaaacism!”
His celebrity status protects him. It is universal and hurting the Wests citizens faith in blind justice. Washington admitted he chopped down the cherry tree, today the elite feel emboldened. People do not appreciate the ripple effect that an injustice in America can impact not just in the U.S but also in Europe etc. I do not know if he is guilty or not but I know he is not treated like a non-celebrity would.

You don’t seem to understand the Bill of Rights. The Age of Trump is leading some Americans to forget what it means to be American.
You don't seem to understand that the right to free speech doesn't give one the right to commit wrongs or crimes in pursuit of that right.

Like I said, the church is not a public venue . So when they were asked to leave and they didn't, at that point they were trespassing. As for the right for a journalist to report, that doesn't change; Lemon could still have reported all he wanted. But if getting the story to report means you have to interview people in the parking lot, so be it.

I didn't realize your tummy gets upset that easily.

I do however think the reason has little to do with an inabilty to read more than 2 paragraphs.

It's probably more a consequence of realizing that bravado, bluster and snark can't counter someome who's willing to suggest a real world test to your bullshit opinions.

If other people were free to enter the church, so was Lemon.

Prove he did.

People disrupting the service and terrifying children were NOT free to enter. That’s the point. And Lemon’s gay blackness doesn’t give him a pass.

There was nothing to investigate. Whole things was on video + Lemon shot his mouth off. Lots more could come out from the cell phone, but this thing is already a slam dunk for the prosecution (in a fair, unbiased court)
The government is trying to delay the trial so they can dig through his phone.

So their actions speak louder than your useless words.

Makes sense that they want to gather evidence.

15th post
It makes no sense that they rushed to an indictment before they did so.

This DoJ is a clown car.
It’s quite normal for prosecutors to gather evidence after an indictment. Just because Lemon is a gay blackness doesn’t give him special privilege.

They rushed the indictment and now are trying to delay the trial.

That’s not normal. It’s a sign that this administration is unprofessional attention whores.

They wanted him indicted immediately for the attention.

Normal procedure. You’re blinded by your leftism.
