Will Don Lemon go to jail ?

I'm just pointing out that nobody on January 6th, who joined the insurrection but who didn't attack law enforcement or trespass into restricted areas, were charged.
You must be getting your "information" from leftwing OMISSION media. Dozens of people were charged & imprisoned who never even set foot inside the Capitol building. But then we're Off Topic here.

Fascinating that they indicted him first and then investigating later.

Lemon is pushing for expedited trial, and the government is trying to slow things down.
There was nothing to investigate. Whole things was on video + Lemon shot his mouth off. Lots more could come out from the cell phone, but this thing is already a slam dunk for the prosecution (in a fair, unbiased court)

1). Not my favorite choice. Once selected though, she was better than Vance....
Didn't Vance say on VIDEO how much he hated trump. How trump was a con man.
How Vance was a NEVER trumpet........WOW......and Vance is a good choice?

2). YES, what has she done wrong besides being BLACK and Female......That's BIG to you racists.
How about the Rapist Kavanaugh......Beach House, no adult supervision.....Admitted Drunkard.... a calendar of sexual events........"I Like Beer."

3). What....you are rambling.....zero substance with this claim. Please explain you racist.
1) Never heard any of that. But then I don't watch left TV.
2)Not what she did wrong (other than not being able to define a "woman")- it's what Biden did wrong when he selected her. Openly stated he was selecting a black female -PURE RACISM/SEXISM, which you leftist racists are oblivious to.
Kavanaugh - alive, because cops caught Nicholas Roske before he could assassinate the judge.
3.) OK, I'll ask again - Affirmative Action. The worst racial discrimination against (by far) the largest number of people (whites & Asians) in America, for 60 years. No rambling. Do you support it ? Yes or no ?
PS - the "substance is MILLIONS of Americans whose whole lives were ruined by this racist treachery, including me. I LIVED the "substance", and still do now, even in retirement, with reduced Social Security benefits.

And that's the second time you called me a racist, after I challenged you to produce a shred of evidence to back up that charge, and you punked out.
Now you're punking out again.

Doesn't matter. They should not have gone into the church and he should have known that sort of thing is frowned on, if not against the law. In my eyes he made himself complicit by going in with them.

I have one word to say about their actions that day: No. No. No. A thousand times NO. Interrupting a church service and harassing congregants is stepping over the line and they need to have the book thrown at them.
He was just reporting. You can’t claim one part of the amendment is more important than another. His right to report is inviolate.

That is wrong. The law declared and put in prison one man that was miles away from the Capitol.

Yes, his right to report is inviolate. That right does not extend to trespassing to get the story.
Yes, his right does extend to being in the church. As long as he didn’t participate in any disruptive activity, he had as much right to be there as any member of the congregation.

No, it does not.

You would be correct if the church is a public venue but it is not. It's basically the same as going into someone's home.

One important factor you're overlooking is that, the legality of Lemon's and the group's actions aside, the group held the entire congregation culpable for the actions of the pastor and that's what makes this whole thing preposterous. If they had a beef with the pastor over his work with ICE they should have confronted him alone on the street or a public place or venue.

What they did was pronounce the congregation guilty by virtue of the guilt-by-association fallacy. It was a farce and it was ethically wrong and dishonorable.

Unfortunately it is precisely how justice & INjustice work in the US, especially in a leftist enclave like Minnesota. Welcome to the REAL WORLD.
You’re not describing the “real world.” You’re describing a belief system that’s been engineered so no real-world outcome can ever contradict it.

Any verdict that agrees with you is proof the system works; any verdict that doesn’t is proof the system is corrupt. That isn’t realism, it’s insulation.

And the fact that you need this kind of circular reasoning suggests you already know your conclusion doesn’t survive contact with reality.

Labeling entire courts, juries, or regions as illegitimate isn’t analysis; it’s a way to resolve cognitive dissonance without revisiting the belief itself.

No if he gets a honest, objective jury and judge.

Yes if he gets a MAGA judge and jury.

Bering a reporter is not a crime. The next Democrat president should issue immediate pardons. You are nothing but a filthy piece of MAGA garbage.
MAGA is your Superior. Intelligence, ethics morality.

You don’t seem to understand the Bill of Rights. The Age of Trump is leading some Americans to forget what it means to be American.

Bill of Rights >> YOU don't seem to understand it.

You don't have to look very far to find this >>
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"

You also don't seem to understand US laws >>>

But I didn't label "entire" courts, juries, or regions. I labeled those which are biased toward leftist loons like Don Lemon and his fellow church intrusion idiots.
If/whenever they are that way, then there's a reason they get that labeling.
Because they DESERVE it.

Nice try though. E for Effort.

That claim was obliterated 300 posts ago in the OP video, and post # 4. Go back to sleep.
