Starting on January 20, (Vice) President Harris's administration will turn a blind eye to undocumented immigration.

The motto will be: There's plenty of room for everyone in this big country. Just build a longer table to seat them.

People in Latin America, Africa, & Asia are no doubt packing their suitcases right now and just waiting for the announcement of the Distinguished Gentleman of Delaware's smashing victory in three days!

There's even talk of moving the Statue of Liberty to the southern border.

When the republicans had the house , senate and presidency in the first two years , they did not take action because republicans do not have a clear policy plan to deal with the issue of illegal immigration , or the over burgeoning levels of first come first served legal immigration .

Strump did what he could , but everything looks good on paper until the lawyers and civil wrights activists get hold of it and turn it into a cash cow and political circus .

The dilemma did not get created by one administration and it will not get resolved by one administration , but the following proposals are a sufficient start as solutions .

Provide jus sanguinin to children of illegal migrants and legal migrants on visa as well ; and , reduce legal immigration from countries based upon , in offset for the number of illegal immigrants from those countries , and do not grant anmnesty .

End the family reunification immigration policy , aka chain immigration , and implement merit based , aka employment based , immigration while reducing the overall rate of individuals becoming citizens .

The opposite of progress is congress , but that only occurs when the house , senate and presidency are split .

Should democrats capture all three , do its politicians intend to naturalize the 14 million illegal migrants currently in the country ?

That still doesn't solve our Institutional illegal problem nor the Institutional illegal underclass created by right wing bigotry and false witness bearing to our federal Constitution.

If Biden legalizes the Illegals, how does that not resolve the problem? I might not like the resolution, but I understand how that is a resolution

It can't be a solution with an Institutional "mechanism" that creates our illegal problem and illegal underclass so easily and automatically. There is no express Immigration clause in our federal Constitution. The problem is, right wingers don't really care about the law, they only care about their bigotry and hypocrisy toward the less fortunate.
