Will China take out N. K.'s nukes?

If the Chinese think North Korea is really on the brink of launching nuclear weapons, might they not neutralize them out of self-interest?

its a human rights obligation to do so.

I suppose we can't because of their nukes though.

China does noy want to destabilize NK. They don't want a rogue country on their border. They will eventually have to slap down the little maniac. They have s big problem.

It would be difficult to imagine North Korea being less stable than it is.
A little joint Sino-American operation could do a lot to extend good relations between the two powers and lend stability to the region.
