Here in Metro Detroit we are very segregated. I have talked to blacks who move to my neighborhood. They tell me that no one will talk to them. They get dirty looks. They can tell they are not welcomed.

But now here you are making fun of me for being that welcoming nice white neighbor.

And I live in condos. 75 units. Strangers walk up to us all the time. A very small percentage of us are jerks to those people. The majority of us are nice, smile and try to be helpful.

She lives right off the street (facing the lake) so a lot of traffic walks through there. It's not unusual for someone to just walk up and be sociable.

Don't you guys have block parties where you are nice to people you don't know?

No I don't see black folks randomly harming white people in our white communities. They wouldn't dare. Just don't go to their black communities. There you might get your ass kicked just for being white. Or robbed.

What we see in our area is a black person moves in and they don't rob your place. A friend visiting from Detroit does. He comes out to the suburbs and sees we have more expensive things than his neighbors in the hood have and we don't lock our shit up. We have cameras but it's hard to tell who the person is in the video because you all look alike.

Don't you think a percentage of that fear is justified? Like I'm going to open my door just because some black stranger is yelling help? What am I stupid?

Now I could fall for it if it was a white girl. She could have a black boyfriend behind her with a gun just waiting for me to open the door. Maybe I shouldn't open the door for anyone white, black or female.

I was watching this show about a white woman who was raped by this little black boy. He appeared at her gas pump and asked her if she could give him a ride home. He looked so innocent and young so she gave him a ride. As soon as they were in the car together, his eyes changed and suddenly that little sweet boy was a rapist.

Fear is a good trait. It has served animals well. The deer with no fear walks up to the river to get a drink and the alligator eats it. Or the deer who decides to cross the river first gets eaten by the crocs while the other more cautious deer swim right by.

I was waiting for a bus in a bad area - Democrat city, poor, all black - late at night (my first mistake) when five black youth turned the corner, spotted me, spoke to each other briefly, approached me….and then began their assault. (I was rescued before real damage could be done. Thank you, Gd.)

Now these black youth did not start out LOOKING for a white woman to rob, gang rape, murder - or whatever their end goal was. But they spotted an opportunity to destroy someone’s life, and were proceeding with it.

To date, it was the most terrifying minutes of my life. So don’t try to pretend that blacks don’t just randomly attack whites.

I was walking down a city street, and three young black guys threatened me and told me to give up my wallet. I told them to go **** themselves and reached in my jean jacket like I had a gun. I flipped them off and continued walking and they didn't do anything else. I was incredibly lucky because I easily could have been dead.

I have never attempted to rob or threaten any black person. I clearly was targeted because I am white. Whites are much more likely to be killed in a criminal event by blacks than the other way around. The only one living in a fantasy world is you.

Wow, a young black man walking down the road late at night and 5 or 6 white men take him for a ride, the next morning the black man is found castrated or lynched. Think about how many years this type of behavior occurred and the predators were NEVER brought to the Bar of Justice. I find it amazing anytime some type of crime is brought up about a black man you just happened to be a victim of it.

My nephew who dresses really nice was at a mall when 3 brothers walked up to him and started WEIRDLY complementing his attire. He felt uncomfortable and threatened. It was like 3 coyote found a domesticated dog out on the wild. They saw him as pray.

Next thing they know his two HUGE friends walk up and say what's up? They mumbled something and scurried off.

They were totally going to rob him out in the parking lot.

Since the Great Bush Recession black people have been moving out of Detroit and into our suburbs. And interestingly, a lot of whites are gentrifying/fixing up Detroit. At least downtown Detroit.

So a lot of criminals who in the past stayed in Detroit are now living among us in Metro Detroit. They may have minimum wage jobs but you can't afford the type of clothing blacks wear on minimum wage. So you have to have a side hustle.

Of course the incidences of black on white crime are going to go up. But white people don't **** with black people. We don't want to be hit with a hate crime so we tend to avoid conflict with blacks at all cost. Take for example a black Karen. No one ***** with Black Karen's in Metro Detroit. Well, actually, I did once. I started a thread about it a few years ago. This black Karen cut in front of me at Tim Horton's and she was so ******* rude. So I gave it back to her and do you know what that crazy ***** did? She backed up her car and rammed my car. Luckily for her my front was already fucked up or I would have chased her down and called the cops and you can bet she didn't have insurance, a valid license or current registration on the car. Just a hunch. But she was stupid enough to ram my car. Who does that? Only an uncivilized hood rat that's who.

Don't move out to the burbs and bring the chip on your shoulder. That's all I'm saying. And most blacks I meet do still have it. If you still have the chip,, stay in Detroit. Rebuild it. Or look crosseyed at the dumb whites who are stupid enough to try and clean up the city you've trashed.

Hey, I love people regardless of what color they are. My nephew is dating a hot black girl, or half black girl. I think her mom is white. The biological father OF COURSE is not in her life. No surprise there right? Sorry but stereotype exist for a reason. Doesn't mean every black man is a dead beat father, but there sure are a lot of them. Per capita. Way too many Nick Cannon's out there. But without money. Elon does it too I know but I'm sure his kids will go to good private schools and they'll have a lots of economic opportunities headed their way. Will Nick's kids? Sure he will pay child support but where do those kids live? If they live in black neighborhoods, they are fatherless in neighborhoods that don't have economic opportunities.

Anyways, I tell my dad and brother, "if you don't have a good reason why he should not marry her, you have to support him and accept her if he decides to marry her". If she did something wrong that's a different story.

The one thing that bothers me is she comes from a broken family. Statistically, that's not good. Better chance she will get a divorce one day. But you can't hold that against someone. I know some families would and maybe if her family was really fucked up, but they aren't. At least not that we know. All I know is they have never argued, he is her first, great grades, former cheerleader, what's not to love? But I have my theory on African American women too. Do they really love? I've seen black women go from really into me to okay fine when I broke up with them. Not one tear. So do they just fake love? As long as you are buying them shit and putting it to them good? I wonder.

Anyways, that's not what I came here to say. Even though I hate Trump and think blacks who voted for him are dumb as **** just like white trash who votes for him, I kind of like seeing blacks leave the Democratic party. Blacks who seem to agree welfare bums need to be cut off. And criminals need to go to prison. And racism isn't as bad as you say in America. It exists but honestly should not be a thing holding you back. In fact with affirmative action, it's been good to be black, a woman, or any other minority the last 2 decades. Hasn't it? So when I see blacks at the UFC cheering on Trump, it sort of makes me feel good that they feel like they too belong to the new Nazi party. The American Nazi party. Doesn't mind letting some token blacks in like Kanye.
