I agree with you. The 6 mil was not some conspiracy cooked up in a room of 5 people. I think it was almost arbitrary that the number was picked. Some people tried to cite biblical prophecy, but that is just seeing what one wants to see.

Scholars have even called out Wiesenthal. You can even see the inconsistencies in his autobiographies.
