Why would God create different Human races,plants & Animals if he intended for them to disappear?

It's clear that Humans have messed up, a lot.

Be it Human variance, plant, or Animal variance.

I can understand why starving people go nuts destroying everything for money.

But, why do people destroy Human races, plants, and Animal species for money if they are quite wealthy?
