Yes, they like to get these kids in the early days of their sexual development when they are still solidifying their natal gender. (male/female) These kids are ripe for having their brains confused.

In the 1800s, in the U.S., babies and young male and female children were put in dresses because pants 'breeches' were to hard to deal with when changing diapers, etc. Here is Franklin Roosevelt as a baby.

I did not watch the video, but as a policy: Other than for medical reasons or medically related plastic surgery (cleft lip for example) I am opposed to surgeries for minors. This includes tats and piercings.

As I told the kids no tats no babies and no involuntary standing in front of a judge!

I do not think circumcision can be categorized as mutilation since it does not really damage the penis or hamper its function. It could perhaps be discussed whether it is medically necessary, but it is a separate issue.
