Why won't Americans do the "Jobs Americans won't Do?

Yes. Unfortunately it also set the table for the Federal Government doing more and more thst they have no legitimate mandate to do. Therefore it’s a net loss for America in the long run.
Sadly, in their zeal to protect the people from the government the founders neglected the responsibility of the citizenry, with the exception of Ben Franklin's warning, and even that conferred no special duties.

Totally agree. The Bill of Rights needed to be paired with a Bill of Responsibilities and Duties.

A lot of good paying jobs go begging because people just don't want to do physical work. They're not lazy but manual labor jobs have been so deprecated that many would be ashamed to take them.

When an employee EARNS more by producing more--they get more. I think it's time for you to go donate to your care givers--Say----$150 a day? After all, they are pros.
And if nobody applies to fill those jobs for those wages will you claim nobody wants to work anymore?
