The reason the Democrat Party is the one to blame for the shutdown is based on their claim that they “demand” that cuts to Medicaid be restored to the tune of about one point something TRILLION more dollars of debt.

Those cuts to Medicaid and SNAP are paying for the tax cuts for the rich, so the solution to this quandry is very simple, now isn't it.

Take away the tax cuts to the rich. Restore Medicaid and SNAP.

Problem solved. Easy peasy.
