Reason why pootler´s army have no night googles is because the moscow company that was suppose to develop and deliver them has just funneled the 500+ millions USD to two oligarch sons
that owned the business.

As if capitalism here in the states is any better? The military-industrial complex is rotten everywhere, including here in the states.
