To paraphrase TCarlson, I wonder where the studies are that prove the efficacy of these cloth and paper masks we are forced to wear.

The "studies" so far lack the one essential ingredient that would give them validity: a comparison of an environment where masks have been used consistently, contrasted with an environment where masks have not been used at all (the so-called "Control Group.")

Seems simple enough. Here is a health spa where no masks were required versus one where a mask rule was specifically enforced. Here is a school... Here is a church... Here is a restaurant... Here was a mass rally where few people wore masks; here is one where everyone wore a mask...results please.

Compare the experience of the contrasting practices.

Crickets chirping. Neither the CDC nor any other public source dares release such a study, because the results would likely indicate that all of this mask bullshit has been for nothing.
