We cannot tell whether the Russians have something to do with Wikileaks or emails being hacked. Yes, it is true that Donald Trump expressed a wish for this and so it happened but this could be a coincidence. Furthermore, we should have a higher standard than an unsupported claim by Hillary Clinton that Putin is attempting to meddle in the American presidential election. There is, however, one good reason to believe Putin wants Trump in the White House. Think for a moment what chaos would be caused to have such a crude, rude, narcissistic loudmouth braggart in the Oval Office. The military would not know from one day to the next what maniacal orders might be given by Trump. The man would have his finger on the nuclear button and no one could oppose him then. The system of checks and balances would grind to a halt because Trump would bully anyone who expresses a different opinion. There would, in fact, be a dictator in the White House and put there with a mandate to do as he wishes by ignorant voters. Indeed, Putin knows that Trump will bring down the whole edifice of American government. What glee must be about the Kremlin these days.

It probably has more to do with SOS Clinton making her intentions to weaken Russia perfectly clear.

It is obvious that a Donald administration would be the more self destructive and toxic of the two.

If the goal is to destabalize the United States and stain US global perception, I agree that Donald would serve that endgame the best.

Grasping at red-herring straws??
No; it is not in Donald Trump's nature to be able to work with Congress. The man spouts wild opinions about this, that, and god knows what. He does not have the intellectual discipline to be a president and he will be a loose cannon as commander-in-chief of the most powerful military in the world. Should he be elected, America's allies will be on tenterhooks. How could such a demented showman get chosen by the Grand Old Party is a sign of what Republicans have become since the days of Ike.

He's familiar with the winters of Siberia. He doesn't want a permanent nuclear winter generated by Clinton fallout. Basically, he has observed that Clinton is a neo-con authoritarian warmonger like no other.

No sane person wants nuclear war which is why Putin wants Trump to become US President. Then he will go about consolidating the Russian Empire while America implodes from within.

You're an expert on all things US? You don't know jack shit, stick to your problems over there. We are being drug to the left fast and any resistance is labeled as division. It doesn't take a genius to see it.

It would not be permanent. Most if not the entire planetary ecosystem would be destroyed.

You would need about ten years of water and food rations, a shit ton of blankets and clothes, and a way to produce food when the winter finally ended. Oxygen might also factor into that, since most trees on earth would die, even trees typically suited for cold climates.

Really the only hope for humanity is proliferation. Decommission as many nuclear weapons as possible and put a permanent halt on all means of producing them.

Hillary's confidential work business was on a sexual predators lap top. Nuff said. Hillary is unfit.

Despite the love the Democrats claimed the world had for Obama, not a single country changed sides. Our friends were still our friends, our enemies still our enemies no matter how much Barry sucked up to them.

It will be the same with Trump

Yeah, we need a corrupt, lying establishment hack to preserve our dignity

Trump has in essence said he would consider dismantling NATO. This is Putin's wet dream writ large. And Trump has mob ties with Putin and Russia as Putin siphons off billions from the Russian people and remember Trump's campaign chairman Paul Manafort had to resign a couple months ago because of his moneyed ties to Russia.

It's clear Trump has nefarious ties with Putin and other shady Russian money changers.

If it means anything, global leadership approval ratings went up dramatically with US allies. That could be due to the fact they they really did not like George Bush.

That is a horrible argument by the way. You are making risky assumptions based on a false equivalency.

False, there is no connection between Trump and Putin. There is one between Hillary and Putin, they have actually met.

Trump doesn't want to build nuclear missile launchers on Russian border... that's why Putin is happy.
