Interesting. I own a gun but think carry concealed into bars is foolish. The Conservative response? "You want to take away all our guns because youre a Liberal statist!" Hyperbole anyone?
I had government health care in the military and in other countries in which I've lived. I think it's fine. When mentioning this, Conservatives have said "You want the state to control everything you do and take away all your freedoms!" Hyperbole anyone?
I think Obama has been an average president. Definitely not great. But not as terrible as the Right Wing Extremists want to portray. Just take a guess whether this engenders some hyperbole...

Here's a great one. In a thread similar to this one, I had the gall to say that BOTH Liberals AND Conservatives engage in hyperbole, name-calling etc... Not just Liberals. Not just Conservatives. Both. Which is true. So while I acknowledge thier point about Liberals, I didn't completely agree with the Conservatives. Take one guess as to the reaction...
