In Missouri we used to needed a permission slip from the government to own a handgun.

Conceal carry was illegal.

There was no Castle Doctrine.

Today we have no licensing, Constitutional Carry and a law proclaiming Missouri a 2nd amendment sanctuary state.

This is now in our constitution...

I am quite sure this one won't pass constitutional muster, but if these stinkin' liberals force it through, it will take time to get a SCOTUS ruling. It will be all the reason I need to move across the border to ID.
