A democrat who can think for himself? How has he avoided Fort Marcy Park?
I seem to recall 7 Republican Senators that got little to no support for thinking for themselves.
That's different though, right?
Something progs have not done for decades.
Irrelevant to my principles and what I support.
What do you base your beliefs on?
yeah, my principles are ones that an elected official speaks for the people that voted them into office. Consequences of an election. Not to turn one's head from those people and vote their conscience. that isn't the job of a politician. You agree or disagree?
If you believe that the place of a president is to call people juvenile names for you, no, I do not agree with that.
Why does that bother you? I want policies that help my fellow people. name one trump policy that didn't help americans?
Tariffs. Cost consumers money and bankrupted farmers. And in the end he walked away and changed nothing.
bullshit. tariffs are picked up by the vendor sending products in to country and no where did prices increase because of tariffs. that was a MSM fake news. Farmers got relief just like GM got. You didn't care about that. nor the solar company solaris. all in. So just stop, no tariff ever affected you or one citizen.
What Trump's tariffs have cost the U.S. economy
It's funny how you will argue that taxes on corporations are simply passed on to consumers but tariffs are simply ate by the corporations.
I was against BOTH the GM bailout and farm bailout. And Wall Street bail out. And Tom Brady bail out and..........
this is your evidence?
- A tariff is a tax imposed on goods that the U.S. buys from other countries. An important part of the cost of the tariffs for U.S. households and firms consists of the tax incidence — the portion of the tax that is passed on to various buyers and sellers of targeted goods once they arrive at the U.S. border. One study finds that the group of tariffs levied only during the year 2018 would raise the cost of the consumption bundle for the average household by $135 dollars (see this table for a summary of all studies mentioned, their estimates, and the different factors each study takes into account). An update by the same authors estimates the costs of tariffs imposed in 2018 and through June 2019 will cost the average U.S. household $247 per year, or $460 per household per year when including those planned through December 2019.
Really? Bringing back hundreds of jobs and giving people more money to spend is far more important than what you think this says.
And again, the Farmers were compensated. I gave you that already. Am I fine with that, no I am not, but some sacrifices are acceptable to me. Giving jobs to illegals is a job killer and again, I will say I'm not going to comment on your position on that since I can't recall every demofk's state of mind on it. but again, demofks don't care that black's jobs are given to illegals, and then come in here and shout Black lives matter. they can all take a fking hike.
