My parents were proud Scotch/Irish folks.....but I did a DNA test and found out I was really Welsh, Danish, and Italian. Biden acts like he's Irish. He's a reputed drunk. Not that I have anything against drunks. My Dad was one. The difference between a drinker and a drunk is a drunk tends to forget what they did while under the influence.
