I watch cspan occasionally and there are some heated, passionate, amazing speeches going on but then when it pans around the floor 98% of the seats are empty, and of the seats that are used... they are asleep or sleeping. What is up with this?
Why is it that there is barely any people ever in the house during the good speeches?
