What is so damn hard about helping Americans find affordable Health Care? It needs to be fixed so we all can be helped. Not toss it to the illegals. They don't deserve it. It belongs to the legal immigrants and to us Americans. These high priced Insurance companies, don't help matters either. How long do we have to wait, and at what cost to us who have to struggle, just to survive. This freakin' government puts war first, then they lolly-gag, when it comes to our economy and it's people. Help Americans first, here at home.

What would you do to fix it?

I think 1) tort reform 2)interstate insurance sales 3) restrictions on mandates (and ending mandatory slacker insurance for "dependents" over 21, which is the rule in 21 states ) and insurance vouchers for medicare and medicaid.

Why is it so hard to fix our health care??? Because this is not about healthcare, it's about a takeover of 6% of our economy, it's about power and money and more and more control of the money of the people that they govern.

If it were about health care reform- it would be easy.

1. Tort reform.
2. Open competition among states.
3. Legislate and make insurance companies make it portable and make it that people can not be denied coverage for pre-existing conditions.
4. Promote pre- tax- health savings plans and catastrophic plans.
5. Group small business so they can enjoy the lower rates that large business enjoys. BTW 76 of Americans are employed by small business.
6. Subsidize the poor.

That's it and that's all it would take.
