Do you remember all the bomb threats and emergency evacuation drills that happened after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing ? (My company had 2 that summer) Those were false flags, red herrings to distract from the 'classified' details of what really happened there. McViegh and Nichols were patsies - the van that exploded didn't do all that damage - the target was already wired to go....there were 2 unexploded bombs they had to remove and other interesting facts most people never heard.
