Why has Sandy Berger disappeared?

Why has the Sandy Berger incident just dropped from the mainstream media? I realize there isnt any new information that we know of. Why isnt there non-stop round the clock coverage of the incident. Its pretty freakin important to know what he has stolen and why.

They'll have round the clock coverage for 3 weeks of guys with underwear on their heads but they pretty much drop any news coverage on a former NSA that stole highly classified, codename documents.
